How much does it take?

Here is just a worst case scenario question I have wondered for a while now. Once I had a brownie left on my table and my dog (she's a chihauha) snatched it when I wasn't looking. It hardly even affected her, but I started wondering: How much chocolate does it take to become potent to a small dog? How much would it take to make worrying seem reasonable?
