Please can you help me with yet another 'Sense and Sensibility' question?

If you have read chapter nine of 'Sense and Sensibility' by Jane Austen, please can you sum up how John Willoughby is presented and what your PERSONAL opinion is of him by the end of the chapter. (An example would be that you find him charming, mysterious and impulsive).
