What do members of the cl cephalapoda (squids, octupuses, nautilus, etc.) produce for protection?

Some can adapt the color of their appearance to the surrounds for camouflage and to warn off predators. They all have an orifice used to propel at high speed by injecting water. And some use an ink type secretions during its escape from danger.
