Autism Help!?

My sister is 18 years old and has servere autism. She recently had her two front teeth removed from an abcess and aparantly had an ear infection. She sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night and bangs her head and has a fit. The idea of TMJ came up and both her pediatrician and her dentist believe that it is not TMJ because she doesn't grind her teeth. We went to a ENT and he said that she does have it and told us to give her Motrin just before she went to bed, that seemed to work. We took her off the Motrin recently and now my mom and I believe that she is suffering from some sort of drug withdrawl. My mom is frantic and this is affecting all of us. The pediatrician recomended that we go to a Neroulogist are Kennedy Krieger in D.C. but they might not take us until April and this is an emergency that requires immediate action! We talked to another pediatrician and he said that we should give her Tylenol nightly. Has anyone else dealt with problem? Is there anyone who can help us?
