I am a high school student interested in medicine. Are there any good books or websites at a very basic level?

I am a high school student, just finished sopre year, trying to get a head start this summer in medicine by studying basic medical terminology and functions. I would like to go into diagnostics in the future and I am just trying to learn the basics. Are there any good books or websites for this?
