My PC will not support hardware virtualization, but it meets all the requirements. How do I fix this?

I want to start developing iPhone apps, but I don't have a Mac so I got a retail version of Mac OSX and I'm now trying to run it on VM Ware Workstation. I've been searching the web and tried ever possible solution but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
