Should I consider getting a PS3?

I used to work for gamestop so I was constantly seeing the games coming out for all the systems and seeing what each system could do.. Was very fond of the PS3 it had a lot of "big boy" toys.. Really good DVD player and great for getting online.. The games are great although Xbox 360 had a bit better selection in my opinion.. Both systems have their greats in games though PS with final fantasies and Xbox with Gears and Halos
