White coat hypertension without the white coat?

I went to my doctor's office today. The nurse who checked me out was an extremely good looking girl. When she took my blood pressure, I could tell I was nervous and breathing a little fast. She said it was 158/88 and asked if I ever had high blood pressure before (I hadn't). She said there is such a thing as white coat hypertension, which only happens in doctor's offices, but said it would only make an impact of about 10-15 points, so I still have high BP. The funny thing is, she wasn't even wearing a white coat, just a short sleeve shirt. Should I be worried about this? I feel like I just got nervous or anxious or whatever because I am not expecting to see a girl like that when I go to the doctor (never have before).
