What range to zero a Remington Model 770?

I just bought a remington model 770 deer rifle (.300 Win Mag) and I'm looking for a zeroing target and the proper range to zero at. Anyone who was in the Marine Corps and had to zero on the little paper targets simulating 300 yards should know what I'm talking about. I looked up the ballistic info from Remington for each type of ammo, but it doesn't factor a specific barrell length. Mine is 24 inches, and yes, the rifle has been boresighted. 14 mth old with food issues was 2 mths early chokes doesn't like to eat much solid food and wont feed himself?

Ok, here is the deal, my son is almost 14 mths., however he was 2 months premature, therefore the corrected age would be 12 mths. I am struggling and feeling I am doing something wrong. My son is barely eating any solid foods. Mainly, he is still on a bottle and really doesn't have any inclination to pick up any food and put it in his mouth and I have tried almost every type of food pureed, stage 2 and 3 is about all he is eating right now, with the occasional mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. from the table. He has reflux and has been known to choke up a bit on foods, then throwing up and scaring the begeezers out of me of course, to the point now of kind of scaring me off from trying too much more? I know in due time he will take off with solids, but in the meantime, any advice would be appreciated along with words for me about my issues with trying to relax, not worry about my friends with babies who are feeding themselves many table foods etc. and stress less about it!

I agree with you PFC, I went through basic 3 years ago and it had changed, alot. Back when I went through (and I went through FT. Sill as well) I got the **** beat out of me, they werent supposed to hit us, but behind locked doors who cared. The army changes all the time. Now that the army is maxed out on people there are a lot more coming through, which makes for more complaints. Its sad, it really is. Its a tradition and I'm honored to be apart of the initiation process when I did get the crap beat out of me. Plus you also have to take in effect if there are female soldiers in basic with you. Ive trained at both ft sill and ft Leonard wood and both were completely different. At sill I got stomped, at lost in the woods I never had a problem, do ten push ups and get up. Honestly. I'm in Afghanistan now about to head home and from what Ive seen the softer ones have a harder time adjusting to the life style. It sucks getting blown up, it sucks hearing the fizz that a bullet makes whizzing past your head or the ding from hitting off your truck, but crying about it isn't going to help. Just sit back, take a deep breathe, and thank god you managed to survive another day. Its a changing world man.

Coping with a heart break.?

After a very turbulent week, the man who I considered to be my soul mate (and who was my fiance) and I have broken up. I never wanted to as I've always believed we would be together forever and could work through anything, but I suffer from a Borderline Personality Disorder, and while I've done sufficient therapy for it to be manageable, I suffered a breakdown on Sunday morning due to my negligence to recognize the signals, putting them down to the demise of our relationship. Today he's told me that he can no longer put up with my condition any longer, which has left me absolutely heart broken. He was always aware of my condition, but because I'd always managed it, he believed it was dormant, or that I was recovered. I've scared him off and at the moment I feel absolutely heart broken. I was never taught coping skills during therapy for such a painful heart break. Will he ever come back? What hurts most is that he's always said that what we had was forever. But obviously forever wasn't strong enough to withstand my 2 hour breakdown in which I'd pushed him and said very hurtful things (I am only going by what he'd told me, I blacked out at the time). I just want to get over him, because I suppose it just wasn't supposed to be if he doesn't love me enough to stick through those rough times. Help, please! Will I ever get over it?

There is this guy on my job who has always been made to feel like he is a worthless piece of trash by some of our co-workers and managers. Recently I have noticed a change in his demeanor. He has been appearing more confident and hopeful than usual. This has caused some to step up their antics and it does not seem to be working. ok. well during the summer all I do is skate. I get up at 7 am. I have some time to sleep in!!! Then I get to the rink at eight the latest and warm up. until nine. I went to my doctor's office today. The nurse who checked me out was an extremely good looking girl. When she took my blood pressure, I could tell I was nervous and breathing a little fast. She said it was 158/88 and asked if I ever had high blood pressure before (I hadn't). She said there is such a thing as white coat hypertension, which only happens in doctor's offices, but said it would only make an impact of about 10-15 points, so I still have high BP. The funny thing is, she wasn't even wearing a white coat, just a short sleeve shirt. Should I be worried about this? I feel like I just got nervous or anxious or whatever because I am not expecting to see a girl like that when I go to the doctor (never have before).

As far as the economy goes, one of the difficult words to hear is "regulation" (at least thats what it seems). My question is why would government imposed regulations be a negative? Hi Heather. I have BPD and I honestly don't think there is any difference between them. I can relate a lot to what you said because I went through the same scenario with my ex. The amount of times I split up with him and got back with him again was ridiculous. One minute I'll be happy, loving, caring and planning my future with him and the next I can be in tears, regretting everything and going against everything I said. It is extremely difficult to control thoughts most of the time and the worst thing about it is we hurt the ones we love most without even realizing. It's a vicious circle but it can be treated with medication. The best idea is to get him to see a doctor about it in the best time of the month when he isn't feeling so negative. What can i do about this girl?

me and this girl have been texting each other daily for about a month now. ive started to like her and im pretty sure that she has started to like me. but im the "tough guy" in our group of friends and she's the "sensitive and shy girl". so we would never never hear the end of it from our friends if we started dating. on that note our group of friend were supposed to go someplace to eat but i bailed on the last second. then i got a message on my phone from the girl saying that she missed me. i knew she was to shy to have sent it so i played it off. turns out some friends had stolen her phone and texted me. a little later a got a message asking if i liked her from her phone. once again i knew she was too shy to ask that herself, and that our friends had gotten her phone again. so i didnt reply. she said they had stolen it again but said that she did want to know my answer. i was caught at a crossroads here because i didnt know if it was really her, or just our friends being very clever at trying to make me slip up. so i said "i like you more than our friends". thinking that would work in both cases. well about three hours later she replyed "oh... thats understandable" and instantly i knew that was not the answer she was looking for. now shes been alot more stressed around me and doesnt want to hang out as much. i do like her but i dont want to tell her over the phone because thats childish nor can i tell her in person because the only time we hang out now with all of our friends... what do i do?

How to deal with nausea in pregnancy and trying to keep on top of family life?

I'm about 10 weeks gone and am having a terrible time with nausea! I never actually be sick just feel it all day! My house needs a really good clean but I just cannot get my self motivated to do it because of the way I feel everyday! I also work 16 hours a week which adds to the pressure. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and how managed everything while feeling like complete crap everyday! Is there anything I can take that's safe for baby? Sometimes, when I lie on the left, I fall asleep, but am still aware of where I am. I know I am asleep, it is completely dark like before you dream but I am...conscious, I start struggling. It almost feels like paralysis, but I know I am actually moving. It sounds ridiculous, but I have to physically open my eyes with my hands to wake myself up, it is very surreal and quite distressing. Autism Help!?

My sister is 18 years old and has servere autism. She recently had her two front teeth removed from an abcess and aparantly had an ear infection. She sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night and bangs her head and has a fit. The idea of TMJ came up and both her pediatrician and her dentist believe that it is not TMJ because she doesn't grind her teeth. We went to a ENT and he said that she does have it and told us to give her Motrin just before she went to bed, that seemed to work. We took her off the Motrin recently and now my mom and I believe that she is suffering from some sort of drug withdrawl. My mom is frantic and this is affecting all of us. The pediatrician recomended that we go to a Neroulogist are Kennedy Krieger in D.C. but they might not take us until April and this is an emergency that requires immediate action! We talked to another pediatrician and he said that we should give her Tylenol nightly. Has anyone else dealt with problem? Is there anyone who can help us?

My husband and I have custody of his 3 year old son. The mother is about worthless! She's supposed to have him every Wednesday and Thursday and every other Sunday. Stomach crease from sitting. I still have it when standing and/or lying down! How can I get rid of it?

I have noticed one day that after slouching when sitting, there is a red line/crease going horizontally across my stomach. The next day after waking up I looked and there's still a line! Am I within my rights to ask for a copy of my dental X-ray?

I went to the dentist and had an X-ray on one of my teeth. I thought he was quite barbaric (the only way I can describe it) putting in the lining and also went straight to the prognosis that the either a root c or a deep filling as there is "decay" under a filling on that tooth. Either one is bad news but what I want to know is can I ask for my X-Ray and get a second opinion?
